AAEM LLC participated in the International Research and Practice Conference on "Electrical insulation materials for insulation systems of rotating electrical machines and fire-resistant cable products"

AAEM Turbine Technology Joint Venture (AAEM LLC) took part in the XII International Research and Practice Conference on "Electrical insulation materials for insulation systems of rotating electrical machines and fire-resistant cable products" held in Bekasovo (Moscow Region) on November 21, 2019.

Evgeny F. Kadi-Ogly, Ph.D., Turbogenerator Chief Designer (AAEM) presented a report on the application of standard solutions for generator equipment which the JV offers for nuclear power plant projects using Russian nuclear technologies.

Following the conference, the JV representatives took part in the meeting of the Interelectromash International Association where the Association Council members were presented with a report made by Ilya K. Kobyakov, Head of Turbogenerator Dept. (AAEM) and Executive Secretary of Technical Committee TC 333, about the progress made by the Committee in 2019.

AAEM has been a member of the Association since 2012, and Mr Kadi-Ogly became a member of the Association Council in 2018. Now he successfully leads research activities of the section "Turbine hydrogenerators and large electrical machines" and Technical Committee TC 333.
