Occupational Health and Safety Management System
AAEM has created in 2016 and in 2017 has certified the Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on the requirements of GOST R 54934–2012/OHSAS 18001:2007.
In 2020 the existing Occupational Health and Safety Management System was found compilable with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018. In September 2023, the QMS was certified and found to comply with the requirements of standard GOST R ISO 45001‑2020 (ISO 45001:2018).
The Environmental, Health and Safety Policy determines the goals and obligations of AAEM in this domain.
The management of AAEM recognizes the responsibility for preserving life and health of the employees during the work and guarantees safe labour conditions, health of the employees, allocates resources to implement the occupational health and safety policy, and encourages each employee of the Company to actively and continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
AAEM is also a part of the Occupational Safety Policy of Rosatom State Corporation.
